Are you Drinking Enough Water?

Your body is the greatest piece of machinery in the world. If cut, it heals itself. It makes new cells to replace the old. The wonders go on and on. We have 6 beautiful grandchildren at present, and in the next few months they'll be another adorable baby added to our growing family. Just looking at a our newborn grandchildren, puts me in awe at the miracle of which we are.

You know a mechanic will take great care in making sure the fuel he/she puts into an engine is the best so it runs properly. You put enough oil in the crank case so your car will perform well. You wouldn't drive without transmission fluid. And, we can't go anywhere without gas in the tank.

Same principal is true with our bodies. We have to make sure we put the right things in to it so that it runs well and eliminates waste material so it doesn't get clogged up and refuse to work properly; just like a car. One of those things is water. To the right, you'll view the new food pyramid. At the top is pure water!
Our bodies are over 70% water. Our brain is 85% water! Doesn't it make sense then to put the best water and enough water into your body? Visit the web site below, and request the free eBook. It's nineteen pages of great information. You won't get spammed. I'm the only one to get your information, and I promise I will never share or sell it.
Till next time, have a great day!

To your health,
Stephen

Baby Boomer? Listen Carefully

The Baby Boomer generation is here. Millions are approaching 60 everyday. However, this generations of sectarians, are not like the rocking chair 60 year olds of days gone by. Baby boomers, retirees, and others are wanting to travel, enter senior Olympics, become entrepreneurs, and stay active. My wife and I are over and just under 60. We want to stay healthy, alert, and active for many years to come. We've been married 39 years and desire many more years to enjoy each other's company, and spend time with our six children and almost 7 grandchildren-so far.

How can we Baby Boomers stay active, feel great, and be healthy? Be Alkaline. What do I mean by that? I have spent over 39 years in the natural health. Over 96% of all Americans, as well as many other people around the world, are overly acidic. Our diet, our stressful lives, the air we breathe, the water and other beverages we drink, and even a negative outlook on life, can all lead to acidosis. And, acidosis, may potentially lead to premature aging, chronic complaints, and other health challenges.

And, according to Dr. Ijon, water researcher, every metabolic function creates waste which causes acidification. Even exercise, if you do not properly rehydrate to neutralize the lactic acid in the system, can cause one to become acidic. Over acidification has been known to cause effects of premature aging and illnesses if the body cannot eliminate waste more effectively. However, if the body is able to eliminate acidity and wastes, your life expectancy and overall health may potentially be improved.

Then there's another problem that this generation of Baby Boomers has been exposed to more than past generations: Chemicals in the environment! How does that affect us? Well, when a body is acidic, as 96% of us are, the body holds onto those heavy metals like cadmium, lead, and mercury, just to name a few, and those in turn can create what is known as oxidative stress that makes our bodies even more acidic and can cause degenerative illnesses. Even very small amounts can affect us.

So what's the answer for us to Be Alkaline? Electrolytic, Hexagonal, Alkaline Water! More in my next post.

Till then, stay safe and stay happy.
